We have different payment options for Patients with no insurance, financing, "in house" payment plans or use your PPO or HMO Insurance. Don't delay your dental treatment because of payment questions, there are many ways we can help and plan this together.

To maximize your payment options, we accept all out-of-network dental insurance plans and will submit to process your claim. Please bring the necessary forms with you on your first visit, including your medical insurance. Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.
No insurance or your treatment is only partially covered by insurance? No problem, you are not alone. There are many ways to take care of this, come in for a cleaning only, and use the $49 New Patient Special, please give us a call, to find more info!
