We add more PPO and HMO providers constantly, if you don't see your Insurance Plan listed here it doesn't mean we don't accept it, there are more options for every provider. No insurance? We are also partners with Care Credit and we can offer "in house" insurance and payment plans that are affordable for everyone!
To maximize your payment options, we accept all out-of-network dental insurance plans and will submit to process your claim. Please bring the necessary forms with you on your first visit, including your medical insurance. Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.
